INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping worldwide via Australia Post with standard tracking is available to selected countries. 

It is strongly recommended customers purchase shipping insurance for their orders. I can provide a quote and organise this on purchase of your precious stone.

I can not guarantee nor select the parcel courier once it has entered the destination country. Parcel delivery times can vary between 3-4 weeks depending on the destination country.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, a 3 day return policy is offered (3 days from when you receive the parcel). Please get in touch with myself first before sending the item back for refund.

A refund will only be processed once the gem has been received back and inspected to be in its original condition of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that returns are not accepted on gemstones that have been custom cut to order. 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAX

Please note that all customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer only. If any fees or charges are incurred upon the arrival of the parcel into the destination country your local shipping carrier will contact you for any payment that might be due. These charges may vary depending on your destination country and the value of the parcel.
